Commissioner Jeff Rupp moved to approve the minutes and Commissioner Joe Short seconded; the motion passed 3-0. The board subsequently approved the agenda as presented and authorized payment of submitted bills, also by 3-0 votes. The board approved a Purchase Order computer edit list to be kept on file in the commissioners' office and approved travel requests as submitted (Resolution 2026-280).
