Committee approves intermunicipal agreement to help Village of Wyoming adopt model zoning law

The Planning Committee authorized the chairman to sign an intermunicipal agreement under General Municipal Law §104(b) with the Village of Wyoming to assist with a model zoning law for adoption. The contracted amount is $3,200 in accordance with the county fee schedule (with additional labor costs if the work exceeds the initial 30 hours); the agreement term runs April 1, 2026 through June 1, 2027.
