Clif McNaughton, chair of the Windsor Planning Commission, presided over a special meeting on May 14, 2026 where commissioners continued reviewing draft zoning bylaw amendments with assistance from Jason Rasmussen of MARC.
Commissioners focused on confirming prior edits and cleaning the working draft. They corrected a frontage value in the low‑density residential table, discussed accessory dwelling and accessory‑structure language, and reviewed proposed site‑plan review language to reflect the statutory exclusion for certain small multi‑unit dwellings served by municipal water and sewer. The Commission decided not to advance the amendments to a public hearing at this meeting and asked staff to prepare a clean draft and the required written summary of changes for further consideration.
