Board approves 2026–27 LCAPs for district and Washington Middle College High School

The Washington Unified School District board approved both the district-level and Washington Middle College High School Local Control and Accountability Plans for the 2026–27 school year.
Assistant Superintendent Autry Streak said the district and middle college had held required public hearings on June 11 and made only minor updates after receiving positive feedback from the Yolo County Office of Education. The changes included adding schools identified for equity multiplier funds and inserting 2023 dashboard indicators and learning recovery grant details; metrics for allocated learning recovery funds were added to action descriptions. Trustees voted to approve both LCAPs.
