Council responses in the meeting record note that an engineer had been approved to review certain projects and that staff (Mr. Caso and others) would provide status updates and reports on engineering reviews.
Residents asked the council to "nip that in the bud" and requested a formal engineering solution rather than relying on limited or incomplete information from project representatives. The council indicated it would offer a status report once the engineer's work is complete.
