Clark County adopts new subdivision regulations (Ordinance 03-26)
Summary
On July 21, 2026 the Clark County Commission adopted Ordinance 03-26, establishing subdivision regulations and repealing conflicting ordinances. The ordinance was adopted unanimously and placed on file with the Auditor.
Chairman Sara Gjerde read the second reading of Ordinance 03-26, described as "an ordinance establishing subdivision regulations and repealing all other ordinances in conflict therewith."
