Clark County adopts zoning amendments to agricultural and commercial/industrial districts

Chairman Sara Gjerde read the second reading of Ordinance 01-26 and the board moved promptly to adoption. "This is the second Reading of Ordinance #01-26. An ORDINANCE ENTITLED, AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2:04 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT AND CHAPTER 2.05 COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF CLARK COUNTY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 01-14, AS AMENDED," Gjerde said.
Commissioner Terry Schlagel moved to approve Ordinance 01-26 and Commissioner Chris Sass seconded. The motion carried with all five commissioners voting aye (Sass, Hass, Spieker, Schlagel, Gjerde). The county auditor's office will retain the adopted ordinance on file.
