Human services staff flag placements as one of department's largest costs

Cally Bucknell reviewed handout #8 and told the board the placements spreadsheet will be provided monthly. "Bucknell emphasized that besides payroll, placements are our highest cost," the minutes record. She said staff are working to control placement costs and were asked to contact the WCA for suggestions to move Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) cases forward.
