Commission hears estate-related rezoning request for Ridgeland Road property

Bradley Elrond (speaker 7), who identified himself as Bethany Elrod's husband, said the rezoning is intended "to settle the estate of, Diane and Daniel Anderson, between my wife and her brother, Dusty," and described the request as part of an estate division meant to create residential use for a portion of the property.
Staff said rezoning would create a buffer between the Agriculture Intensive district and nearby Residential Single properties and recommended approval. The hearing was closed with no opposition recorded and the commission forwarded the recommendation to the Board of Commissioners for consideration on March 25.
