Developer says revised plan favors single‑family garden homes, names D.R. Horton as builder option

Bell said the company does both commercial and residential development in nearby jurisdictions and asked the committee to recommend the rezoning so the project can proceed to city council. The committee accepted the presentation and noted questions from residents about roadway and utility capacity that the developer did not fully answer during the recorded exchange.
