The Stephens County Board approved two vendor payments on the consent portion of the agenda. Staff identified a $10,000 invoice from Custom K9 Unlimited for the drug-detection K9 funded from previously directed funds and a $12,936.10 invoice from Acre Oil Company for a routine gasoline delivery; staff said funds are budgeted for both items and the board approved the payments.
"The 1st is from Custom K9 Unlimited in the amount of $10,000... The 2nd is from Acre Oil Company in the amount of $12,936.10," the staff member said when presenting the invoices. The Chair called for a voice vote and the motion to approve the invoices carried on the public record.
