On motions from Trustees Bauman and Thomas (respectively) and seconded as noted in the minutes, the Board ratified an amendment to the contribution formula and an amendment extending the withdrawal deadline. The minutes record the votes as 4-0-1 in favor for each ratification.
The minutes do not include text of the amendments; the Board recorded that both actions were ratified and that Trustee Olivia Leon was counted absent. Staff were directed to complete the administrative steps necessary to record the amendments.
