Sebastopol Union trustees approve First Interim Budget and start recovery plan

Hoyos presented the budget status and the need for a recovery plan; the minutes do not list dollar totals or multi-year projections in the public portion of the meeting. The Board's authorization directs staff to develop steps to reduce structural deficits and return with more detailed recommendations at a future meeting.
