The board approved a March 2025 batch of policies and administrative regulations on their second reading at the May 21 meeting. The list includes BP/AR 1312.2 (Complaints Concerning Instructional Materials), BP/AR 1340 (Access to District Records), BP/AR 3311 (Bids), BP 3312 (Contracts), BP 5141.5 (Mental Health), BP/AR 5141.52 (Suicide Prevention) and BP/AR 5145.13 (Response to Immigration Enforcement), among others. Trustee Jim Harris moved to approve the policies and Trustee Jason Finley seconded; the vote was 4–0 with one absence.
The minutes list each policy number by agenda item 8.9.*. The approvals were recorded as a group on second reading; the board did not identify amendments to individual policies during the meeting record.
