Committee members nominated Cole Markee and Thomas Penfield; a motion to have co-chairs was moved by Chris Foos and seconded by Mark Lundquist and the motion carried.
Committee members said the co-chair structure is intended to provide shared leadership between the City and the Town for the boundary feasibility effort. The meeting minutes record the motion carried; the committee then proceeded to the agenda items and consultant presentation. The next meeting was set for Aug. 27, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.
