Committee considers attendance outreach and more liaison reports, proposes workgroups

Member Kristine Haataja said that in a recent CalBHBC meeting, direct phone-call reminders "significantly improved attendance," and she recommended adopting similar methods.
The committee also discussed increasing liaison reports focused on behavioral health topics and encouraged members, especially newer ones, to take part in workgroups. Sullivan suggested forming a workgroup to develop hybrid-meeting policies and compliance procedures; Haataja proposed drafting a note for next meeting materials to introduce a brainstorming session and expected outcomes. No formal workgroups were created at this meeting.
