Ellis County announces multiple hires and promotions across EMS, public works and sheriff's office

Environmental Services introduced Bob Schubert as a recent hire for heavy equipment operations, and Sheriff Scott Brownells introduced Jacob Haines, who started the previous day. Brownells also announced Andrew Shealy’s promotion to deputy 2 and Nathan Carlin’s transfer to courthouse security pending academy training.
