Public Works Administrator Tim Eisenbarth presented three bids for the county’s 2026 culvert-lining project and recommended the board award the contract to Subsurface Inc., which submitted the lowest bid of $238,375.
Eisenbarth’s tabulation listed Mocon Pacific Inc. at $362,450 and Memphis Road Boring Co. Inc. at $369,480. Commissioner Deloyce McKee moved to award the work to Subsurface Inc.; Commissioner Merl Page seconded. The vote was unanimous, 5-0.
