Board confirms site visits; Mentis visit delayed to early June

Chair Patricia Sullivan confirmed sign-ups for progress and Serenity Homes/Stanford Sierra site visits (April 10 and April 20) and said the Mentis site visit was delayed due to staffing changes and will be scheduled for early June.
Chair Patricia Sullivan said April 8 that all members have signed up for site visits and that, with the exception of Mentis, visits are scheduled. She asked members to obtain and review printed contracts in advance. The Progress Foundation site visit is set for Friday, April 10; the Serenity Homes and Stanford Sierra Youth & Families (Sacramento) site visits are scheduled for Monday, April 20. The Mentis visit has been delayed because of staffing changes and is expected to be scheduled for early June.
Member Liz Marks confirmed distribution of contracts and helped ensure members received appropriate materials for scheduled visits. Chair Sullivan will coordinate with Member Walter Nygaard on Mentis scheduling and will provide additional logistics to participants.
