Gardner to seek professional planning services and feasibility study support; Schrader said the business-plan work would proceed once a grant commitment is received.
A special Finance Committee meeting was scheduled for April 14 to consider a revised version of the defeated resolution and to follow up on next steps. The committee did not approve acquisition contracts or finalize funding at the April 7 meeting beyond setting funds aside under the resolution.
