Late in the Nov. 17 meeting Secretary/Treasurer Karen Tyler told jurors copies of the Winn Parish Library Board minutes (Oct. 27, 2025) and the Winn Parish Fire Board minutes (Oct. 21, 2025) were included in juror folders. Juror Stanley Garrett recommended having the Road Superintendent review roads before jurors vote on Capital Outlay allocations; jurors discussed the suggestion and President Frank McLaren said it could be considered.
On motion of Mr. Darrell Franks and second by Mr. Phillip Evans, President McLaren declared the meeting adjourned at 5:24 p.m.
