The motion to approve was made by Mrs. Deionne Carpenter and seconded by Mr. Kyle Potts; the jury recorded 6 yeas, 0 nays, 0 absent and 1 abstained and carried the motion. The action leaves county departments able to proceed with scheduled payments and projects reflected in the packet.
Officials did not identify line-item controversies during the vote. The committee-signed report will remain part of the record and be used for upcoming budget monitoring and grant matching activities.
