The motion, made by Mr. Phillip Evans and seconded by Mr. Kyle Potts, listed vendors including Lott Oil (fuel & oil), Ergon (emulsions), Wilson Culverts (metal culverts), Coburns (plastic culverts), Luhr Crosby (gravel & stone) and Despino's (retread tires and tubes), among others.
Secretary/Treasurer Karen Tyler told jurors the Notice to Bidders ran in the Winn Parish Enterprise on Oct. 1 and Oct. 8, bids were received Oct. 3–24 and the bid committee opened bids Nov. 10. The minutes show the motion carried (vote recorded as passing) with no on-the-record objections during the meeting.
