Commissioners adopt ordinance to align county code with Idaho Agricultural Protection Area Act

Commissioner Young read the ordinance on the record and the board approved Ordinance #2026-05 on a motion by Commissioner Young with Commissioner Clark seconding; roll-call vote was unanimous. The minutes state the amendment "will correct the ordinance to meet new statutes." The Planning & Zoning department also noted that related ordinance amendments are proceeding and will come back to the board following Planning & Zoning Commission review.
