Engineer warns Ansuz LLC AFO may violate 1,000-foot setback from Egg Creek; Board adopts HDR recommendations

Roger Kluck moved to approve and adopt HDR's recommendations; Dale Dohms seconded and the motion passed 5-0. The minutes record the engineer's technical recommendations but do not record any action beyond adopting the recommendations for County consideration.
