HDR engineers reported they are developing 60% plan sheets and specifications for Burlington Dam 3 and are updating hydraulic, structural and geotechnical analyses. Karli Frohling said HDR worked with Wildwood Golf Club to determine proposed top‑of‑dam elevations and submitted a draft site access plan; the club requested changes.
HDR noted that temporary and permanent construction easements will be needed. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers informed the team that cultural mitigation will be required if modifications are made to the dam, and HDR presented options for the Board's consideration.
