Road & Bridge Supervisor Josh Hinch updated the commission on spring cleanup work and resurfacing project costs. He said both excavators have been clearing drift and debris and estimated that "40 - 50 structures have been cleaned so far."
Hinch noted some structures will need additional repairs and riprap replacement. He also provided commissioners a recap of the Maple Hill Road overlay project and asked the board to revisit cost overages at a future meeting; no timetable for that revisit was recorded in the minutes.
No additional funding decisions were made at the May 11 meeting; the board will consider any requests tied to overages in a later session.
