County, ITD studies outline multimillion‑dollar options to ease Rigby corridor congestion

Josh said funding would likely be parcelled across developers, Jefferson County and ITD and that the county commissioners plan an open house to present the ITD scenarios for public input once election‑room scheduling permits. The group did not adopt any funding decision during the meeting; staff said further public engagement will follow before any construction commitments are made.
