Residents urge urgency, complain of drainage damage and long delays for mountain communities

Lisa Wainwright, speaking for Groundhog Mountain residents, said households there "have been waiting for over two years" after neighborhood pedestals were installed and urged the Board to press providers to coordinate permitting strategies. Steve Terry flagged the imminent application deadline for an ARPA/Capital Projects Fund extension and urged administrators and WPPDC to confirm filings with DHCD so the county would not forfeit its extension opportunity.
