After executive session, board directs county attorney to pursue purchase option tied to Proactive lease; revised lease later approved

Following an executive session, the board voted 3-1 (with one abstention) to have the county attorney pursue purchase of county property related to the Proactive lease and to extend Proactive's decision deadline to July 30, 2026; later the revised lease between Sublette County and Proactive was approved 5-0.
County Attorney Clayton Melinkovich presented a lease agreement with Proactive. The board entered executive session under W.S. 16-4-405(a) to discuss the matter; after reconvening Commissioner Bradley withdrew an earlier motion to approve the Proactive lease and instead moved that the County Attorney pursue purchase of county property related to the lease. That motion passed 3-1 with Commissioner White opposed and Commissioner Stephens abstaining. The board directed Clayton to change the purchase-offer language to give Proactive until July 30, 2026 to decide.
After further negotiation and presentation of a revised lease, the board approved the revised Sublette County–Proactive lease by a 5-0 vote.
