- Purchase of Kaplan Farm development rights: Authorize $95,268 from the Open Space Fund to purchase development rights for 47.3 +/- acres at 714 North Street. Motion moved by Town Clerk Michele Urch, seconded by Kris Lambert. Outcome: approved by voice vote.
- Road Improvements Project 2026: Authorize appropriation of $11,670,000 and financing by general obligation bonds/notes. Motion moved by Town Clerk Michele Urch. Outcome: approved unanimously by voice vote.
- Suffield High School shingle roof replacement (and PV planning): Authorize appropriation of $2,550,000 and financing by bonds/notes. Motion moved by Town Clerk Michele Urch, seconded by Annie Hornish. Outcome: approved by voice vote.

- Spaulding School exterior project: Authorize appropriation of $1,250,000 and financing by bonds/notes. Motion moved by Town Clerk Michele Urch, seconded by Melissa Finnigan. Outcome: approved by voice vote.
