At the end of the session negotiators agreed to reconvene for focused bargaining on the CTSIA MOU. The chair (S1) asked staff to send an immediate notice for a Thursday 3:00 PM bargaining meeting and asked parties to provide data in advance so language can be finalized and potentially ratified.
"So then I'm gonna need you to send an advertisement that we're doing bargaining Thursday immediately," the chair said, requesting timely distribution and confirming that the only substantive subject that meeting will address is CTSIA. Parties discussed ratification timing, DOE plan submission, and the expectation that funds likely will be available for processing in October once DOE receives an approved, ratified plan. The group confirmed a follow‑up phone call and caucus windows to reconcile outstanding payroll and language items before the next meeting.
