Board authorizes CMTEL conduit lease at Douds-Leando Bridge for $50,000 one-time payment

Van Buren County supervisors authorized the chairman to sign a Lease Agreement with CMTEL for a conduit at the Douds-Leando Bridge over the Des Moines River. The authorization passed on a motion by Supervisor Waugh, seconded by Supervisor House, with all three supervisors recorded as voting in favor. The minutes do not include the lease text or the precise legal description of the leased conduit route.
