The Mayor instructed residents who wished to speak this evening to fill out a blue card and give it to the deputy clerk. The assistant town attorney then guided council through motions to continue related agenda items. After the scheduling motions were completed, one council member quipped, “That was the quickest meeting we've ever had,” and the council adjourned.
