During a work-session item at the Nov. 6 meeting, Planning Director Robyn Payson said she is working to resolve a problem in the town’s Subdivision Regulations related to how buildable area is determined.
Payson said those regulatory changes are intended to address the issues raised earlier in the meeting about lots that front on Class VI roads and how such frontage affects whether a parcel is buildable. She did not present draft language at the Nov. 6 meeting and asked the board to await a formal redraft for future review.
