The Calumet County Extension Education Committee met March 10, 2026, approved the March 10 agenda and the January 13 minutes, and heard staff reports on 4-H programming and Extension outreach.
Katie Jones moved to approve the March 10, 2026 agenda and Abbey Jones seconded; the minutes state, "Motion carried unanimously." County Board Chair Alice Connors moved to approve the January 13, 2026 minutes, seconded by Supervisor Jim Lowey; that motion carried unanimously as well. The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m. and adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
Area Extension Director Jayna Hintz presented the UW Extension Calumet County Impact Report and highlighted the Family Project Day that drew more than 100 participants. The committee also received a Value-Added Impact Report summary on natural-resources and agriculture outreach and was told staff plan to host a community needs forum in Calumet this fall focused on positive youth development.
