Council adopts restated amendment to Tonkawa Development Authority trust indenture

The Tonkawa City Council on Aug. 19 voted to authorize and approve a restated and readopted Third Amendment to the trust indenture creating the Tonkawa Development Authority (TDA). Brandt Harris moved to approve the resolution; Charles Conaghan seconded. The motion passed on a unanimous roll call.
The resolution accepts the beneficial interest created by the amended trust indenture and authorized the mayor and city clerk to affix their signatures to the appropriate documents. The council minutes show the trust indenture was originally adopted in January 2007 and previously amended in 2010 and 2022; the Aug. 19 action restates the third amendment recorded that day.
