At the Nov. 5 meeting, MCC member Matt Paggi moved that the commission co-sponsor the presentation and pay one-third of the $650 total ($216.67); the motion was seconded by Lynn Locher. Five members voted in favor and one member abstained. Joan Hildreth agreed to notify the RCC and ECC of the MCC decision and to coordinate date, location and promotion for the event. Members discussed splitting the total cost evenly among the three sponsoring groups (RCC, MCC, ECC).
