Kane County ALUA recap: minutes approved; two plats advanced

The Damm final plat (Parcel 8-6-12-6) was recorded as approved; it covers 18.85 acres in an R-5 zone and will split into two lots with a minimum lot size of 9.42 acres. The Elk Ridge preliminary plat (Parcels 8-6-9-2A and 8-6-9-1) proposes 21 R-1 zoned lots with a minimum lot size of one acre and was accepted to proceed through the county review process. The meeting adjourned at 4:01 p.m.
