Second annual Sonnet Fest set for Aug. 7-9 with free performances along the Downtown Greenway

Creative Greensboro, in partnership with Little Independent Theatre, Scrap Metal shared Radiance Performing Arts and Greensboro Parks and Recreation, will present the second annual Sonnet Fest featuring performances of Shakespeares sonnets 51 through 103 along the Downtown Greenway from 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, through Sunday, Aug. 9. All performances are free; organizers will accept donations.
The host said the performances will take place along the Western Branch section of the Downtown Greenway and encouraged listeners to register and find more information at the citys Creative Greensboro page.
