Staff said TIB will fund up to $5,000 for engineering on the project; the consultant agreement was discussed at about $14,004 in total for the engineering scope.
Councilors asked which streets would be included and were told the work is planned this year; staff said the grant will not cover full reconstruction and that more extensive repairs remain a separate undertaking.
