Lidika Ntave summarized the proposed split: "We're requesting it be split up for $3,000 for high school students, 2,000 for middle school, and then 500, for the optimist club that the village usually helps with their scholarship," and the board agreed to bring that recommendation forward to the dais for commissioner consideration. Julie noted she will present the recommendation on Feb. 18 and the board expects the commissioners to act on the item at that meeting.
