Causeway Tower’s garage remains closed; village continues fines as contractor revises plans

Property manager Frank Richman told the hearing he had no objection to the village's recommendation to continue fines and to return for a status report. Staff recommended the magistrate continue daily fines that have been accruing and schedule a status update at the next hearing.
