The building manager or treasurer was not present in the hearing but staff noted on‑site activity consistent with progress toward certification.
Acting treasurer Charles Cisneros told the magistrate his association recently completed contract assignment for recertification construction and submitted a permit application that the city had accepted. The magistrate accepted the village recommendation to continue fines while work proceeds and asked the property to report back at the next hearing.
