Orlando Rodriguez reported that the Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club condominium at 7904 West Drive has continued work toward recertification, including installation of new railings across the building. Rodriguez said fines have been accruing for multiple years and cited totals in the hearing record: "As of today, fines have been running for 1206 days, total of $300,500." The building manager or treasurer was not present in the hearing but staff noted on‑site activity consistent with progress toward certification.
Acting treasurer Charles Cisneros told the magistrate his association recently completed contract assignment for recertification construction and submitted a permit application that the city had accepted. The magistrate accepted the village recommendation to continue fines while work proceeds and asked the property to report back at the next hearing.
