Ryan Shaw sworn in as chair; board selects vice chair and swears an additional member
Summary
The board completed officer elections and swore in newly appointed members. Ryan Shaw was sworn and accepted the chair; the board also selected a vice chair and later swore in Maximo Turbayes as a planning & zoning board member.
At the start of the meeting, new and returning planning and zoning board members were sworn in. Ryan Shaw repeated the oath to serve as a planning and zoning board member and then accepted a nomination to serve as chair. Members voted to elect the nominated vice chair as well.
Later in the meeting the board completed a second swearing for a newly appointed member, who identified himself as Maximo Turbayes. The chair thanked members and the meeting proceeded to substantive ordinance discussion.
