Rihm said West Boggs Lake will contribute $40,000 and that $250,000 will come from secured state and federal grants; the meeting minutes record a total project figure of $550,000. The minutes also record Rihm saying treatment can start "once lake water reaches a temperature of 55 degrees," which he described as the operational threshold. The council voted unanimously to approve the $60,000 request (motion moved by Mike Sprinkle; seconded by Tom Schaffer).
