Helen Kope appeared with Attorney Andrew Urbanowicz and presented a 2003 survey map she said showed different acreage for the property at 1063 N Stone Street. The minutes record the map was not filed with the deed at Town Hall, and the Board stated it does not have jurisdiction to resolve ownership or boundary disputes between property owners.
Member Krystal Holmes moved to deny the appeal on jurisdictional grounds; Mr. Noble seconded. The motion passed 3-0. The minutes note the substance of the boundary question but direct the appellant to pursue remedies outside the Board's authority.
