Board recognizes Sandra Woods Heath and local organizations in May proclamations

Michael Armbruster, CEO of STEP Incorporated, thanked the county for 60 years of support and described services STEP provides, including congregate meals and transportation for seniors; the board approved a proclamation recognizing May 2026 as Community Action Month.
The board also recognized Donna Shuff's 22 years of service earlier in the agenda. Proclamations were approved by motions and unanimous voice votes as presented.
