The vote came at the conclusion of a brief budget hearing called to order at 6:00 P.M.; Business Manager Mike Moha told the board the budget had been approved by the budget committee and transmitted for board approval. No public comment was offered during the budget hearing.
The board’s adoption completes the formal step needed to set appropriations and the district’s tax levy for the coming fiscal year. The district will proceed with the financial and operational preparations reflected in the approved plan.
