She said a public hearing was not required because total fund expenditures did not increase by more than 10%.
Councilor Deretta Huey moved to approve Resolution 564; Councilor Linda M. Love seconded and the motion carried, 3–0. Separately, Councilor Huey moved to approve March 2025 expenditures in the amount of $71,973.76; Councilor Love seconded and the motion passed 3–0.
